We had a corner king room in this 21st century hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The interior design of the entire hotel is delightful. Sleek. And wow, the fire place in the lobby is stunning. -

Special commendation to Erin Strong, Chief Concierge who gave personal attention to ensure my expected parcels via courier service arrived safely, kept securely and delivered immediately on registration. The location was perfect - close to convention center and next to 16th street mall with tons of restaurants & shopping. My room was gorgeous - a kitchen area with hardwood floor, a living room with flatscreen TV, a separate bedroom with a flatscreen & walk in closet. Complementary happy hr with beer & wine, breakfast, AND late night cookies & milk.

The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The
front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The
valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area,
directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of
employees! Even the new hire/ first day on the job female was a joy

The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and
always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was
fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St.
Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to
get to where we were going.

We arrived very late, after midnight, and the front desk was very helpful noting that we requested a late check out. The next day they were gracious enough to let us stay for a while longer. We loved the facility and the room. Such a nice place to get away. -

The hotel was beautiful with a large atrium with waterfalls and small pools, even Koi. The breakfast area was very large and the buffet breakfast had everything you could possibly want. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Free drinks at the reception until 7:30PM. Pool and Jacuzzi. Business suite was large and well appointed.
