The value for the money was outstanding. Other motels in the same price range in Flagstaff are dirty and gross. This motel was nice and clean. I also like the option of the rooms with bunk beds. This is the best motel I have ever seen in this price range. I also liked that the doors into the rooms are inside the hallways as opposed to being on the outside of the building. Also, the staff member who was working the front desk was also diligently keeping the breakfast items stocked, and was

The full breakfast was extensive & a welcome change from that which many hotels provide (i.e. Continental breakfast without nutritious food). The staff providing breakfast were excellent-really made sure I had what I needed. My room was quiet & clean. -

First it was clean! The grounds were beautiful, the pool inviting and made me wish I had more time to just sit around and sip ice tea in the beauty of the pool area. The breakfast area was large, and offered many different items. It was better than the very expensive hotel in Dallas where we stayed earlier. -

We had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton. We only stayed one night as part of a cross-country road trip. This is how a hotel should operate. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Each person we encountered was great and offered to go out of their way to make our stay better. We walked around the pool one morning while a maid was transporting a large tub of towels on the common walk area. She pulled her tub off the side walk so we could pass. You could tell everyone had been trained to value and respect the customer and it was evident no matter who we came in contact with.

Great location to airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle. You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels. The complimentary Banana and coffee for early departures was also much appreciated- Thankyou for these complimentary services. -

I was impressed with the shampoo,body wash & lotion dispensors in the room. The area was in a nice place we stayed at other motels on Main street but i would definitely come and stay again at Mezona Inn. Did not make it to breakfast but wish i did just overslept due to the comfy beds.

I liked that the bathroom area was located away from the sleeping area.
The room was larger than most for this price. I also liked the patio
area (where I could smoke) right outside the sliding glass doors, and
even though it was too cold to swim the pool area was lovely to view. -

Queen beds were comfortable. Room had a fridge and mountain view. Temperature was just right. Hotel had coin operated laundry, huge bonus on extended trip. Also a common room with TV. A bit reminiscent of a dorm but great place to make phone calls away from my kids. -
