  The hotel appeared to be a newer hotel and is very well maintained and kept clean. Our room was quiet and on the 3rd floor, never hearing our neighbors and the hotel was fully booked. The hotel was convenient for us to travel to see our son playing in a college baseball tournament in Port Charlotte with only a 10 min drive.
