  We arrived quite late and met this Indian security elderly man...said he'll be 70 soon but looks a lot younger :) He was wonderful! We all loved the space and neatness, the environment and nextdoor amusement park in old town, proximity to the attractions in Orlando eg Disneyworld...we enjoyed our stay. We already talking about return - I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

  Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were responsive, when we wanted our car from valet there were enough to accomodate everyone who needed them, everyone told you their name and asked if they could do anything else for us, we had dinner at Normans and it was one of the best meals we have had in a lo... cosa dice la gente » ng time- our waiter was David and He was exceptional.   Accomodation was like comfort flat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, showers and jaccuzzi baths, livingroom and kitchen, TV sets, washmachine, cloth washmachine, cloth dryer... Really like a flat. Nice furniture, mirrors and beautiful view of a lake and aquapark from 11. floor. We loved staying in Westgate Palace. Having four daghters it was important that we had multiple showers and had a full kitchen so we could cook breakfasts and dinners while we paclked lunches for the parks. And the location was great! Super Close to Universal.

  I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great.
