The room was large and the bed very comfortable.
The breakfast, evening appetizers and free cocktails was a nice classy touch. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

This hotel is immaculate. The room is large and looks like it has just
been updated. Clean beyond words.
The room we stayed in had a large king size bed, which I shared with my daughter. A room separator with a desk on one side split the room to separate the chaise couch on the other side, where my son slept.
The bed I slept in was so comfortable

The shower is glass enclosed and spotless. It has all the dials you need -
Friendly staff, well lit parking, good breakfast, close to everything, clean rooms. My teenagers were late eaters and would always go down right before breakfast ended and the kitchen staff always made sure they got what they needed.

Beautiful big room, with internal laundry, big kitchen and bathroom -
what else could you want! It also features a very large pool and the
shop onsite has a limited range but not too overpriced. Parking is easy

EAsy check in and out, nice people working there, business center and free printing of airline tickets and park tickets, fridge and microwave in the room, comfy bed and pilows, pools and on-site store, access to sites, walking trail and view of lake, free washer and dryer in certain buildings, easy parking, location and access to airport, setting is really nicely laid out. Have already recomended to several friends.

Although my family only stayed here for one night I really liked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised in what it offered for the price. The suite (2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus kitchen and living room) was comfortable, clean, nicely designed, and quiet. The free "happy hour" with beer, wine and food was an added surprise, and saved us from having to go out to dinner with 4 kids! Plus the included full-breakfast was amazing! The resort was spread out so you did not feel cramped or crowded. We could park right in front of the stairs that lead to our condo. It was pretty quiet for the most part. Budget friendly, beautiful condo that was comfortable for our party of 5. The pool was great and the kids loved the arcade. It was so nice not to keep up with a key, the codes for the gate and condo were easy and convenient. It was quiet and restful and the staff were friendly as well. I will recommend this resort to others, loved it!

The staff were excellent and the location was really good, only a 5
minute drive to the I4, giving easy access to all attractions, also 5
minutes north up International Drive there were lots of other
restaurants and things to do and see of an evening.. The hotel was
always clean and in good order. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast included was great and of good quality.
Easy to get in and out of the hotel-we drove our own car.
Parking lot felt safe when we had to come inside at night.
Elevators never seemed crowded and the facilities were very clean. It always smelled nice in the lobby and in the hallways-nice clean scent.
Cleaning staff was very friendly. We chose not to get our room cleaned while we were there to help out all we could.

Great value, very central location. Lovely pool and outdoor bar area. Within walking distance of the outlets, lovely restaurants and bars. -
I liked that it was minutes away from Universal and yet it was slightly secluded from the main road.
