Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more

The hotel was gorgeous & the staff were amazing. We dined at several of the restaurants and the food was very good beware however as the portions are rather big. We will definitely stay there again.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. Great hotel with great attractions and consists of several options for our children. Truth is that outside of the pricey menus there was no reason to leave. - We loved the environment and the friendliness/ helpfulness of the staff there.Thank you. We had a fabulous time.

I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair

Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.

Swift and early check in with personable staff. This enhanced our enjoyment as did not have to wait until specified check in time. Hotel is on Disney property and is geared towards people who want to experience the Disney parks and not stay in one of their resorts.
It was very family friendly, right combination of restaurants, shops, swimming pool and friendly environment. Location was amazing since it was across the street from Downtown Disney.
