I was looking for an affordable place to spend one night in Charleston, SC. Econolodge fit the bill perfectly. The staff is very friendly and we found the room very clean, a comfortable bed and good shower. Add to that free parking, free wi-fi and no hassle. Perfect!.

The renovated, updated rooms were extremely comfortable. There was a new flat screen TV and a comfortable king bed. The staff was friendly and helpful.....best I've seen anywhere..
Accommodations were new or just refurbished. Clean. Excellent value.

Only downside, there was no in between which made the room very dark.
Due to the style of the hotel, carrying luggage to the second floor was a little awkward, but nothing that would make me choose a different place.
Tub/Shower enclosure needs some sort of safety rail and non-

The A/C make s a lot of noise. Windows cannot be opened.

The location was a long way from Charleston centreand the plane noises were very loud and all through the night.
