It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

ben organizzato con stanze ampie e pulite, confortevoli, silenziose e ben attrezzate (connessione internet gratuita). Prima colazione compresa e di discreta scelta, cosa non comune a NY. We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

everything u could ask for. Everything !! short walk to the #1 subway
line which takes u all the way down to battery park. There are
housing projects directly behind thebuilding, but there was no
trouble at all & that just added to the whole atmosphere of
staying in ny. They put on several events on each day & night so
u get to meet a lot of other travelers & explore in a group.

My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating. After traveling to NYC for years and staying in Midtown - this was so much more fun and the room was the quietest I have ever had and the bed was comfortable. Cant wait to go back to the villag

The staff was very friendly, the pictures of the hotel is real: "What you see is what you get" -
The beds are comfortable, rooms has a good size for a hotel in Manhattan - Clean and nice!
The bar is open til 02.00 and has a smoking area.
There is free coffe in the lobby in the mornings, and fresh water and ice tea doing the day.

The staff were brilliant. On check in we discovered another persons luggage in our room. They promptly removed that and then put us in another room....along with 3 free breakfasts, cocktails, beer and food! Gave us a late check out at no extra cost and the bar staff are very friendly. A great, clean comfortable room and not far from the sights or subway. I would stay again.

Hilton Garden Inn Times Square is a very good hotel in New York City with an excellent location on 48th Street which is prime. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home and very comfortable. I stayed with friends and had a great stay. Cleanliness is excellent. The rooms were very large and beds very comfortable. Overall a very good expereince and I will undoubtedly like to stay in the hotel every time I go and strongly recommend to people.

Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent
visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an
excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great.

The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). The hotel staff was so accommodating. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags in a secured room while we ventured off. When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered. I was there to Burry My Mother I came in from Hawaii the only thing is I
could not Ck in untill 1:00pm I was traveling with my son and the flight
landed at 6:30am when I booked the Hotel with you you called them and
ask if I could ck in early you said that they would try but when I got
there I was not in the system but after about 10 minutes they said every
thing was good but I could no ck in untill they would call me but they
did let me leave my bags.
