Location was perfect for a first time tourist to NY. It was certainly value for money and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable as was the bed. It was perfect for our needs.

My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was, especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there was a framed "welcome" for Bob our puppy with treats and water for him. The "raid the mini bar" credit was a great touch and the room was very roomy and clean. We also loved wearing the leopard bathrobes in our downtime.

Very stylish hotel - cool furtniture and decoration in the room. Kevin the concierge (with his natty bow-tie) is incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Bed was very comfortable. Great bar (but limited opening hours)

Lobby on the small side and can get very busy.

My king suite was over booked so they moved me to a queen suite, but the customer centric staff compensated us well for the inconvenience.

I love the Kimpton Hotels because they put the guest's needs as a priority and think of most of the needs before you even arrive. The rooms are smartly appointed with many useful details built right into the room.

The rooms are tiny, but the value is great so I can't expect more.

The rooms and hallways are very small. The breakfast buffet was horrible. I had one piece of toast and it was 20.00.
