Cosa dice la gente
The staff did everything humanly possible to accomodate my family. I
loved the central aircon. It made my stay very comfortable.
This place was way cleaner than the $100+/night hotels I've
stayed at. The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend.it was in a nice area. Reasonable price. clean. basic room nothing spectacular but it decent and comfortable. . it was in a nice area. A little out of the city so we could get a break from the french quarter.
The A/C was super cold, bed nicely soft, and room spacious.
Attitude of front desk staff. Cleanliness of the room.
Price, staff were very accommodating and friendly.
I really liked the staff there, they were awesome.
Quick check in, quick check out. Very kind staff.
The price was reasonable.
very nice rood and staff.
Service.
The room was fine we just wanted somewhere to sleep, get a car the next
am and go to mobile to visit family it was just the location that made
the cab experince bad.
- Friendly, helpful ladies at Front Desk
- Cost.
Perfect location for my trip.
The Staff and the price.
How affordable it was.
the staff member Ryan was a excellent guy.very well mannered, and got us our towels in a timely manner and also came up and looked at room when we called him.
*The affordable cost *friendly staff *within miles of downtown.
The girl at check in was amazing and very friendly.
It was affordable and the desk was open late.
People were friendly.
I was comfotable.
Easy location.
Nice people.
Nothing really. Bad place. Bad smell. Horrible rooms.
Nothing!!!.
The battery in the door to my room died and I was locked out but was
moved to another quickly for my family's convenience.
No ice machine upstairs.
The first night the fire alarm went of due to burst water pipes two doors down. A lot of guest were asleep, and no one from frontdesk came on speaker to alert us.
Staff gets an A for accommodating the guests whose rooms were ruined from the water by finding them another hotel since everything was booked up due to events in the area.
I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!.
The fire alarm went off at 7am.
I had no idea they allow dogs to stay at the hotel also.
Location, proxcemity to the airport, rental car. And french quarter.it
made the cabs redicously expensive. We had a bad experince with the cabs
but not the hotel itself.
- Had to pay for internet
- Water ran slow in bathroom sink
- No microwave or fridge in room
- Had to ask for clean towels.
The ac was broken in my room. They said they would switch me to another
room as I was on my way out for work and said it would be ready when I
got back. When I got back they said sorry we are sold out so I had to
sleep in the hot air stgnant room. At noon they gave me another room. In
that room the toilet would not flush and the maintenance man came up and
said it was broke and showed me how to lift the lid and push against the
air compression hose to get it to flush. Wow!! Thats a first.
Both nights the fire alarms went off at 2:30 am and 5:00 am...the staff
blamed it on drunk guests...when the alarms sounded there is no
announcement to let us know if we should evacuate or if it was a false
alarm...TV Very below par...
How the housecleaning crew didn't seem to want to help us. They came when we were in the room, and had us sign a paper that said we didn't want service. They did this every morning of our stay. We were in the room minimally so it seems strange that they only came when we were there and wouldn't want them to clean. They never even offered us new towels.
No a/c and the fire alarm went off every couple of hours for 2 days.
Poor late night staff....not very respectful/mindful. Not very clear of expectations.
the floor was falling in in room 221 also there were rat feces on the bed so we had to switch to the room next to us.there was no towels or wash clothes in there.
*Didn't have enough wash clothes and towels for the room *no iron
*smelly room *phone didn't work.
The pool was green
The room smelt like piss and when I asked to have it re-cleaned or change room they told me no. They were full so moving was no option. I asked to have it re-cleaned and was told they were too busy.
The carpet was sticky and smelt as well. Overall poor place.
The air conditioning unit wasn't working properly it was uncomfortable!!.
The only hotel we stayed at in the last 6 mos that charged for wifi
and $2.00 for a can of coke. You had to purchase shampoo from a
vending machine.
Construction, old dank feeling, thin walls.
The room was horrible! The carpet was damp , the bath tub had patch work
done and the drain was a hole with the drain parts off to the side.the
bed coverings had several burn holes in them thank god they where clean.
If I was a pimp then this was my type of room but getting a bargain let
me know not to try a motel 6 again!.
Small tv, lights worked intermittently, burn holes in the comforter, finicky air system, loud, no 'do not disturb', bathroom toilet shot water at you, towels were small, lock on door would get jammed.
no hairdryer
no refrigerator
bathroom door wasn't closing
no shampoo
no glases
smelly carpet.
I didn't like that I booked the room atleast 1 month in advance and then when I got to check in it wasn't available. We had to wait for a long time until they could figure out what to do. They finally found us a handicap room, which consisted of the bathroom being open, shower and all. That night we went to Bourbon Street and the cab driver told us most cabs don't even come to that motel, because it's a bad part of town. Just over all, I wasn't satisfied, but I guess the price was reasonable.
The worst hotel I have stayed in so far. Its just bad. Don't go there. This is not hotel. Really bad experience. If it wouldn't be for really late time would have checked out immediately. Horrible place. DON'T try to save money, its just not worth it.
The area, the service, the room. People all outside hanging around sitting on the rails. I will never book with again.
The air conditioning did not work in the first room and the curtains had
huge holes in them. The second room leaked rain around the windows and
soaked the carpet, not to mention the constant dripping all night.
Rooms were nasty, filthy, and smelly. Service was awful and the ceiling had fallen due to flooding. Hotel shouldn't be open for business.
Everything was terrible. Had no other place to go after arriving in New
Orleans. Place should be condemned.
