Loved everything. They were able to meet our request of a late check-out which was much appreciated. The two roomed suite was lovely. Kitchen well equipped. The main bedroom with an extra large bed. The rooms are really spacious and the staff very helpful. It's placed right across the street from the Beach, so only 100m from a very clean and enjoyable beach. The pool is nice and clean with very warm Water in end March. At the hotel you can free borrow beach chairs and other stuff if you like.

It is a very modern style, large condo with views of the water. It was clean, with a nice pool, hot tub, and work out room. Washer & dryer in the condo was nice. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony!

This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff. (one particular woman in registration went out of her way to help)The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, and the weather was perfect..I wish we could have stayed longer! -

I like that each time I arrive, it seems familiar and there is a home-like comfort. A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more.
It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.

Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Will

Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. This was fine (not too noisy) but if you would mind this I'd suggest you request one away from the pool area. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.
