  I had a problem with the reservation in the holiday inn express manhattan, they contacted me and fixed all for me being very gentle. I arrived and always was perfect. The location is half block from 5th ave., Two blocks from brodway center and all is near. Very security zone all hours and all near. The personal is very gentle and always help for directions and conections, great experience - The staffs are polite, cheerful, helpful and friendly. They are just fantastic The location is excellent. Ideally placed, within walking distance to the happening places yet is also quiet which made it easy to sleep. Though the room is not very spacious but is comfortable. Well a hotel that I recommend for business or vacation. I would happily go back again.

  The rooms were decent in size for a hotel in NYC. Very cleans and comfortable too. The staff was amazing and very friendly our a/c was not working properly so they moved us to another room and upgraded us as well . Full breakfast was very good too . Very good breakfeast and good location as well, 15 min walk to Times Square region. Price was excellent. Definitely one of the best cost-benefits in New York and one hotel I would come back to.

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless. The - We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby.
