The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our
room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were
dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.
The express check-out service was brilliant!

I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -

I booked the hotel on-line expecting it to be a "value" room. Much to my surprise the room was about 2 steps up from value. For the price I was very pleased with the decor, comfort, size and location. Good breakfast every day. Nice evening meals/snacks Monday till Thursday including wine, beer and soft drinks. All staff very friendly and helpful. Guest laundry 1$ per wash, 1$ per dry. Great value, very central location. Lovely pool and outdoor bar area. Within walking distance of the outlets, lovely restaurants and bars. -
I liked that it was minutes away from Universal and yet it was slightly secluded from the main road.

It is a nice small hotel, still under construction/remodeling. Room
are clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to Universal
Studios, and wet and wild water park. Staff is attentive and
accommodating. When construction is over it will be one of the best
budget hotels in the area. -

We were 2 minutes from Universal Studios. The price was fantastic. We actually spent more money on a dinner out for all 4 of us, than we did for 3 nights at the Super 8! The friendly and professional manner in which Letitia handled my
complaints regarding the poor breakfast experiences received by your sub

- We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost because it was a
smoking suite.
- After checking out, we needed to use wi-fi to contact home and couldn't find any. We went back to the hotel on the offchance we could use theirs and were promptly given the wi-fi password by a lovely member of staff.
- The suite was gorgeous.
- We needed extra time to pack in the morning and requested a later check-out time, which was granted.

extra space for closet - I appreciated some much the cleanliness of the room, it was cleaned all the time and the facilities were available all the time, taxis drivers, shutlles, good location, the unique negative point is the price of taxis, I considered it so high.

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -
