We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -

Wow the staff was so pleasant. The young lady and man on the day shift
recently were so accommodating and interested in making our stay all
come together. They know who they are, thanks. The walk up to the
shuttle for Universal is five minutes walk away. Quick and easy. We

The room was like a studio apartment, not what we were expecting at all. The bathroom was huge and we especially liked the waterfall shower. The staff were friendly and the parking was undercover and conveniently located. Cross proximity to Universal Studios which was the sole purpose for our stay.

We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately! We loved the pool and hot tub area and spent most afternoons there after our sightseein

gift shop. Give everyone a raise. I hope I get a chance to come back.
I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I
wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there
again in a minute.

I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable. problems. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the bed. So
comfortable and relaxing. Easy to get to with easy parking as I was
pulling a trailer. About three block from Hollywood Blvd. Great place to
stay and pricing was pretty good as well. -
We stayed at the on highland ave & it was perfect...room looked just like the pictures, house keeping was nice, had a mini fridge, coffee pot & walking distance to the Hollywood bowl, in-n-out burger, shopping, tourist sights & ride away from Runyon canyon and many other activities...fantStic location & hotel

We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking

Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant. -
Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro.

Location was amazing. It was right in the middle of Hollywood bvld. Hotel was very nicely decorated in a vintage way. Breakfast was something very simple but still fine. -

The staff are phenomenal - excellent customer service for our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, gave great advice, and assisted with any requests we had in a professional and prompt manner.

Recommend to stay here if you are visitting Hollywood area. Great location, short walk to Hollywood Boulevard, walk of fame etc. short drive to Universal Studios and MGM.
