Cross proximity to Universal Studios which was the sole purpose for our stay.

  We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... cosa dice la gente » if you have a late flight home. Bedrooms and public rooms were very clean. The location was excellent, a ten minute walk to the Main Hollywood sights - Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant. - Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! The apartment was modern and clean and the hotel offers you unlimited snacks, soft drinks and a selection of DVDs which was nice. We were made to feel like royalty the minute we walked in. The never ending snacks is a great idea and made us feel at home. The location is right around the corner from the walk of fame and Chinese theatre. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
