  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

  The staff was so courteous,friendly,helpful with directions, Yhey went out if their way to make us feel comfortable. The Front Desk Amy,Tarik and Tonia great!!! The Boys at the front door wonderful and Jon who was helpful with our TV issue. The Complimentary Breskfast was Great!!   The staff was great and the place was clean. I stayed at Friend Street for the Boston Marathon. The staff went out of its way to make me and my fellow runners welcome. Everything was really clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of power outlets for charging phones and computers.
