  Staff was excellent about addressing concerns immediately . For example, one day we were locked in our room. We called front desk and they sent someone immediately to open the door. By the time we finished our breakfast, a new lock had been installed. The shuttle service was great. The receptionist, Whitney, was very friendly and went out of her way to order us food the night we checked in. We checked in after 10 pm and - The rooms were really nice, good size. The beds were very comfortable. I like lots of pillows too. The room was very clean. I like having a sink in both the bathroom and outside it. Made cleaning up a snap.The staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt they were willing to above the call of duty, when something was requested. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. That was nice. Glad there were laundry facilities available. That was very helpful.
