I really loved the location being so close to the beach/pier and the
promenade. There are so many good places to eat nearby and fun things to
do. It was also great to have our own apartment type place with plenty
of room - a large living room area with a bed & futon and a separate
bedroom. Bob is also very helpful and nice. It felt a little sketchy at
first because it is not a typical "hotel" where you check in
at a front desk, however Bob was quick to text me with all the
information I nee

Requested a ground floor room and got it! Location was excellent and
cost was reasonable in comparison to other accommodation in area! Water
heater for tea and coffee ran out, would have liked that monitored , but
otherwise staff helpful and room clean and tidy, and very pleased to
have a safe in the room, altogether very happy!! -

It was one of the niciest hostels I have ever stayed at and it was right in the heart of things in Santa Monica including the beach! - be in contact with a lot of nice people from all round the world..The enviroment was so nice.. the breackfast was very good. If you want u cant store your food in the hostel's fridges and cook it when ever you wan

The perfect location!!A block to the beach!!! All for that low price. Nice room, we had a view of the water. Staff were very friendly and helped with any questions I had. The vallet guys were great to, very helpful.
Short walk to Santa Monica pier. A lot of places to eat are only minutes walk from the hotel.

Apt was very spacious and although it was reminiscent of 1960's in its fittings, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed large and comfortable. Polished wood floors helped to give it a more modern spin and to have so much space at that price and in that location was great. The swimming pool, cleaned daily, was a welcome bonus. The service from reception to general staff was excellent. The reception staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our tours were arranged which left us stress free. The service from everybody was prompt and every request was met. The staff made out stay, the best of anywhere on our trip. it is the only place we would go back to. I cant thank them enough.

This place is fine really. Seemed newly refurbished and the staff were friendly. Really well located for downtown SM and the beach where most accommodation is very pricey. -

Brilliant, friendly & helpfull staff. It's right on the famous
boardwalk next to plenty of restaurants & a small convenience store.
It's secure, with a good safety deposit box in the room & I felt
safe despite the colour characters going in & out at night. My room
was also impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel. -
The staff at this hotel were sensational! We got to check-in early, had our bags carried up 3 flights of stairs (because the elevator was on the fritz) and got to check-out late so we could sleep off our jet-lag. Plus they have one of the best lobby spaces I've ever seen and there's rooftop access to watch the sunset over Venice.

Small and very cosy hotel, located at the walkway on the beach. The view
from the hotel is pretty nice too. The staff is very friendly and
helpful. I would go back there next time I am in Venice. You also get
half price breakfast on the terrace in front of the hotel where the view
is really nice! Thanks for your hospitality.
