The staff was very friendly, the pictures of the hotel is real: "What you see is what you get" -
The beds are comfortable, rooms has a good size for a hotel in Manhattan - Clean and nice!
The bar is open til 02.00 and has a smoking area.
There is free coffe in the lobby in the mornings, and fresh water and ice tea doing the day.

The staff were brilliant. On check in we discovered another persons luggage in our room. They promptly removed that and then put us in another room....along with 3 free breakfasts, cocktails, beer and food! Gave us a late check out at no extra cost and the bar staff are very friendly. A great, clean comfortable room and not far from the sights or subway. I would stay again.

The staff. The library was a nice place to meet guests at breakfast time. The breakfasts were great and superb value. Lovely feeling about the place and nice local bar on ground floor. Very quite for such a central location. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
The location couldn't have been better particularly the proximity to subways.

Loved our short stay here. Great location and charming inn - more like staying in a home than a hotel, which is especially hard to come by in New York. We had large, comfortable room on the main floor. Friendly staff (and friendly cat!), cozy breakfast room. We liked the bar downstairs as well. We will definitely come back here another time.

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

It was about the average price that you'd pay for hotels in Times
Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it
wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30
second walk from the centre of Times Square. Perfect location! The staff

We absolutely loved this hidden gem! From the entrance onward! Carlos
was very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was very much what we
hoped for. I was skeptical to stay at a place that had kitchenettes but
this was a pleasant surprise! Clean, plenty of room for us. Location
could not be beat!! We look forward to staying again as we travel to nyc
a few times a year. Lots close by. Walked everywhere from here and never

Excellent location,close to all major attractions in New York in fact
within walking distances.Clean rooms and clean beds with neat linens.In
fact when I wanted to change the room allotted to me which did not have

The hotel is on walking distance of Times Square and offers a nice breakfast: good variety. Throughout the day free coffee and tea is available in the lobby. The fitness is relatively small but good, with new equipment (2 tredmills, 1 cross trainer, a bike and some weights). Although our room was almost next to the elevator, it didn't bother us. There are only 6 rooms per floor, which limits the traffic.
