  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend - I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I knew what I was going to get. I appreciate the early check in, the late check out, and, more importantly, thank you for honoring my request for a crib, it made a huge difference! Jane at the front desk was amazing! She's an asset to the hotel, made the check in process seamlessly. Luis at the breakfast buffet was very attentive and caring.   The hotel was remarkably clean, the shower was strong, the bed was good, the personell friendly. And those happen to be the most important attributes ;) The 'cabine' was bigger than we expected. There was enough room to walk around and even to leave your luggage open.
