The staff was some of the friendliest and helpful I have ever
experienced. They constantly went above and beyond with genuine personal
attention, friendly greetings everywhere you turned and made sure we
were taken care of no matter what it was we needed.
The front desk was the most helpful - they were gracious and accommodating. They gave us dire

The facilities were beautiful. Everything was very modern and clean.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was pleasant (there was a
nice vanilla scent to the waiting area). The close proximity to metro
stations, starbucks, restaurants, and shops was also quite convenient.
Overall, the staff was extraordinary. They were super friendly and
helpful in terms of dining recommendations and transportation. Keith was
a standout star at the front desk. He should definitely be commended for

We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable. Paul

The location close to the A-C subway line AND the Burrough Hall station for the 2-3 makes it ideal for visiting both Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Staff had nicely honored our request regarding a room type.
Check out Montague Street for breakfast opportunities! -
We liked our room, the cleanliness and the parking guys.

This hotel, though on the southern tip of Manhattan, was conveniently located near several subway stations providing access to many different lines. Transportation to/from the airport was easy and there were cabs and livery cars available when we were ready to leave. Staff were welcoming and quite helpful. The staff was very friendly, especially the bell hops and front desk
clerk. We had a tv issue and they were in our room in 2 minutes after
the call to fix it. Despite what you read on some reviews, the elevator
wasn't that slow. Plus, it is New York, learn to wait sometimes. We
had a good view of lower Manhattan and the river. The room was very
clean and can best be described as efficient in design. Perfect walking
distance from wtc and the subway. A nice (but very noisy) bar literally
