This was the most beautiful Hotel. The service was above excellent. The staff were so friendly and catered to your every need and the breakfast is out of this world. If it was a ship it would be just like the titanic. Would definetly recommend. Conviently located to everything. Cant say enough wonderful things about it. Me and my husband loved it!!

Staff took our luggage and held for us while we went to the saints game.
Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Will stay here again.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Duane and Jayne were great. The room was big and there was a tub in the bathroom. The room was the right temperature. I loved everything about the Blake Hotel. The staff was fantastic. My room was very comfortable and I felt very safe in this location. It has an onsite restaurant that serves good food and it is very close to the French Quarter, Canal Street shopping, the St Charles St trolley and only a 10 minute brisk walk to Cafe du Monde. Loved everything about the hotel! The location was perfect for us - a short walk from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Also loved the restaurant downstairs for a quick, convenient meal when we didn't have time to stop elsewhere. Our hotel room was clean and nicely decorated. I read other reviews that said the rooms weren't nice, but ours was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was really nice and in perfect location near the French quartet but still far enough from all the noise of Bourbon Street. For our surprise, the hotel offered free complimentary breakfast for each morning which was really good. The staff was helpful and helped us to book a nice swamp tour. Location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast.
As part of a package that was purchased online we went on a 4 day cruise
and had 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency. The nights at Cotton Exchange
were an add on that we purchased on our own. We preferred the Cotton
Exchange by far. We wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend it
to our friends. Not so of the Hyatt. We would never go there again. Your
staff is really excellent!

The location was great,as I was attending the WW II conference at the museum and the Hyatt R. hotel. The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. The meals I had at the restaurant were tasty
and reasonably priced. However the add on taxes, etc. were a little high.
