  Our bathoom in our room was newly renovated with beautiful floors and pedastal sink. OUr room had incredible view overlooking city park and city buildings. The front desk service (both at night) and the new staff in the morning, and the service workers all extremely friendly.   Courteous staff. Very clean and comfortable room. The in room refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. Free breakfast was good and saved us time and money. Great value. - This was my first stay a Budget Hotel, and it absolutely comfortable, with good internet speed, and good continental breakfast..!
