The staff was very polite and the manager helped me chose a specific
room prior to my stay. The Hotel is fairly modern and cozy. Not too
upscale that you'd feel like your sleeping in an overly furnished
office space.
The TV's are great. It has DirectTV so you wont miss your favorite shows, but if you have a game console or media hub you can plug it in to the available HDMI port. Most hotels block this or have a dedicated hotel TV service with complicated menus and standard quality TV, so this w

The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff.

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.
