  The hotel was in a location that was easy for us to reach on our trip to Philadelphia. The people working at the front desk were wonderful! They were very glad to assist us in helping choose a place to eat, where to find an Italian bakery and directions to the airport to pick up our friends!! - The room had an excellent view and was very cozy. ... cosa dice la gente » Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff and front desk were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was able to process our request for an early check in which helped us to beat the holiday traffic.

  This was our second stay at the Crowne Plaza, staff was Friendly and Welling to meet Our Needs, the room was nice and clean. Had a nice view as requested. Was able to check in early. Overall would say We had a very Pleasant Stay... I would recommend Crowne Plaza it was Nice Quite and Relaxing.... Four Stars : ) P.S. Swimming pool is a plus, especially during a heat wave. Location is fine if you travel by car. You can reach Philly downtown in a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, we didn't take it but it seems a good option too. Very comfortable bed.
