  Bathroom shower is great: good water pressure. If you like the shops around Soho and the variety on New York's chinatown/little italy, this is a great location. It's also walking distance to downtown- civic center, which I walked through with my kids to get to Brooklyn Bridge. The beds where really comfortable and the staff was really kind. Room was good, and although nothing exciting, it was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom where all worked fine. WiFi also worked fine with good bandwidth in our room. All in all really good value for money for NYC. Stayed at hotel for the 3rd time and would definitely come again

Furniture are - The apartment was spacious and great views from all rooms. The beds were comfortable as was the pull out couch. The lift opened inside the apartment - which was great, however when the key panel was broken it took some convincing for the staff to understand that we could get out but not back into the apartment.   We loved Maria, the manager at Isola! She was very friendly and helpful. Rachael and Joey, our concierges were awesome! We stopped by their desk daily! They made wonderful suggestions and followed up with reservation for us. They could not have been more helpful or friendly! Joey made our trip so much fun. Alex made us feel we were in his home and treated us like royalty. Rachael is so warm and professional. I can't wait to go back. I have styed at many 5 star hotels. This hotel rocked my world. The room was always clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious and creative. Loved the energy, location and vibe of this hotel.

  The room was small but very clean. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom had extra towels which was quite nice. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Subways are around the corner. So the rooms have no ceilings for fire safety, just like in changing room - I liked Spencer, the guy at the front desk. He was always helpful and polite. And also one of the guys that cleaned, I think is his brother, because they looked similar. The place is definitely what you pay for, which is cheap, and that's the point.

  For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. It was just a simple room with a bed, a sink and a tv but thats all you need for a couple of days. We stayed there for just one night. The staff was friendly so all in all it was a nice stay there. Though the bathroom could have been more cleaner but hey its a shared bathroom so - Great location in the middle of bustling Chinatown, with 3 subway stations within a 5 minute walk, and considerably cheaper than most Manhattan hotels. After all, in 'the City that Never Sleeps' you don't want to spend too much time in your hotel room!
