Ottima location a 2 passi da Lincoln Road. Camere ampie con bagni piccoli. Pulizia eccellente, colazione a buffet inclusa nella tariffa (caffè o the e muffin, donuts e croissant confenzionati... ma ottimi!!). Vicino alla spiaggia. Quindi... un'Ottima Scelta. - L'ottima posizione, la grandezza della stanza e la cortesia dello staff.

The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Took a 2.50 bus from the airport, and took a 2.00 b

I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Will

Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

the hotel was central to all South Beach Miami had to offer. Staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was small but had everything you would need for your trip. we asked for a quiet room and we were kindly accommodated.

The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility!

The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.
