  The staff was the nicest group of people I have ever encountered in a hotel. Every single one of them went so far beyond the norm to ensure our stay was not just pleasant, but unforgettable. I was given a birthday hamper the moment they found out about the special occasion and we were also upgraded to a suite. Our suite, breakfast, swims and location were beyond excellent also but this was, simp - Great stay, very impressed upon arrival, stayed impressed entire stay. Excellent staff, especially the breakfast staff helping my elderly mom get her meal and seating. The place was great and the staff even better. Home run!!! Thank you!

  letsbookhotel.com gave me the wrong address for the place -- 2000 North Street instead of n Street. Fortunately there isn't a North Street -- otherwise I would have been massively inconvenienced. AllCity (the managers) are not available by phone outside business hours -- I.E., when one arrives in dc with the wrong address. Also, the tv in the flat... cosa dice la gente » didn't work and it took two days to get it fixed. - Very nice apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable. The price-value was great, it was cheaper than a 5star hotel room. Even though the company said I couldn't leave my my luggage for a couple of hours after my check out, I had no problem, as this was a main concern.

  Nice place, with pool and good breakfast. Our family was really happy. The Metro (subway) was closer than I expected and easy to walk to. Just remember to go out the back door, up the street in back and under the overpass. You can't get to the metro by walking up the six lane road in front of the hotel. There is also an underground mall down in th... cosa dice la gente » e subway entrance to the left, and to the right, a tunnel to a second indoor shopping area of about the same size. - It was so extremely close to dc and all of the major attractions, the room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was good and the staff all very helpful and friendly. The pool was small but I loved that there was a lifeguard and being able to sit and relax and not worry about my kids being in a huge pool by themselves.
