The staff was very friendly and helpful. While the facility was a bit tired, it was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not bad, not fabulous, but certainly adequate and plentiful. location was within walking distance to U S Airways. Enjoyed the breakfast and newspaper in the morning. Price was great. Room clean - The facilities were as expected, close to good restaurants.

The hotel was not what i expected I loved The modern art on display in the lobby. The design , decor along with the art gave the Lobby a museum type feel.

I slept at the Americas Best Value Inn Downtown Phoenix for two nights in February 2013. I really liked the nice rooms where you feel very comfortable. Location is really good, you're 5-10 minutes walk (young couple ;) away of the center of downtown with a lot of options for restaurants, shops & attractions.
You can see they are trying to put new life into downtown Phoenix. It will take more time but it's already worth visiting.
