  There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   This was a very good value hotel in an excellent location. At first glance, the location may seem a bit out of the way, but it is only a short walk across the river into downtown Hartford. We decided this was preferable to staying in one of the downtown hotels, as it was a quiet location and away easy to get to from the motorway. - My wife, baby ... cosa dice la gente » daughter and I had a good stay at this conveniently located hotel only three minutes drive from downtown Hartford. We felt welcomed at the hotel and were even given a list of recommended places to eat, which proved helpful as we arrived after 9pm. I would happily stay at the hotel again.
