Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  We had a terrible stay at a NYC hotel previous to this hotel so we walked away from our booking & found this place. It was brand new & their service levels were incredible! Great, comfy little rooms, free wifi, a guest lobby area on 27th floor that overlooks Chrysler building & other skyscrapers, computers to access & complimentary... cosa dice la gente » snacks! Location is excellent, walking distance to Times Sq, Rockefellar building & quick food options for breakfast like Pret. Overall we loved - The location is great. It is a new hotel still under construction but it is almost done. It is very good to have complimentary drinks and snacks during de day on 27th floor with a couple of computers and printer to acces . You can refill your water bottle with fresh cold water just outside your bedroom door. The bathroom is very well lit which is quite unusual in hotels and room nicely decorated. You can also open the window.
