  From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was just perfect. We drove to nyc and we were pleasantly greeted immediately. The staff was warm and welcoming.   Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. It was in a great location, walking distance from the shops on 5th avenue, Time Square ( if you don't mind walking 30 minutes), Madison Square garden, Megabus/Bolt drop off and pick up locations, PENN Station and literally seconds away from subway/Train station. The live band downstairs was great (besides the fact that we could hear it in our room the first night).

I loved the bathroom, the robes and towels were very soft and it was extremely clean. I will definitly be back, this is a gem.

One of our rooms had a view of the Empire State Building - great! But the other has a view of the wall of the building opposite!
