great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to
be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good
rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then,

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Very kind and careful service people, Wonderful view through the window (even though it was not a direct view to the Strip).
If you need a dental kit, or a shaving kit, you can get plenty of them. (no extra charge!) Hard line internet is free, and it's fast enough. Yes, wifi is not free but hard line was enough for me.

It was very large and had more than what you would find in the average home as for luxuries. they leave nothing out. You will feel like your staying in a 5 star room. Fantastic value for money. When we first saw our room we had the WOW factor. We had to double check to make sure we had chosen within our budget. Location was great aswell.
