  This place was amazing for me. I was travelling as a solo 25 year old female for work and everything was fantastic. The owner was very friendly and had breakfast with everyone in the morning.   This place was excellent. We had a group of 4 male college spring breakers and all had an amazing time. The hotel is located within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and the clubs that make nightlife on South Beach so famous. Everything was extremely close to the hotel, but far enough away that it was quiet when trying to go to bed. Staff was incredible very helpful made sure all was taken care of. Rooms are spacious and very very clean. Best value for your money on South beach, I have stayed at many hotels in sobe this one is the best value. I will be returning and recommend to all travelers. Solo, couples, family or friends.

  I love everything... Nice location close to the beach, very elegant and quite green street. The hotel is amazing... With nice patio and relaxation zone... Apartment was spacious and great with full equipment kitchen, 2 plasmas in each room... Everything was clean.   The Boulan South Beach was more then I expected. Just grand. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our suite was gorgeous with everything you could ask for ~ kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms. The roof top pool was beautiful as well.   The crew was incredibly helpfull and really nice. The hotel is clean new and perfectly equiped. You have a kitchen, fridge, hoven, washing machine. I recomand it. You will have a nice stay and amazing customer attention. - Exelent equipment, friendly staff, gud value for money. I highky recomend this hotel.
