  Vintage "Route 66 style" motel beautifully updated and restored. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, bathroom had new fixtures, beds were comfortable. Close to downtown. Excellent value. - Cleanliness ......very friendly people working there ..... and within walking distance to us airways center where my concert... cosa dice la gente » took place.   I slept at the Americas Best Value Inn Downtown Phoenix for two nights in February 2013. I really liked the nice rooms where you feel very comfortable. Shower was nice, bed was great (with a lot of fluffy pillows), carpet felt good, no complaints at all. Very conveniently located and with a complimentary airport shuttle. I would go here every ti - The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed very friendly. We would definitively stay here again. Location is really good, you're 5-10 minutes walk (young couple ;) away of the center of downtown with a lot of options for restaurants, shops & attractions. You can see they are trying to put new life into downtown Phoenix. It will take more time but it's already worth visiting.
