We were traveling on Amtrak. You should advertise with Amtrak, to their
customers. They need your services on their layovers. Some persons ride
the train because they are afraid of flying or they have lots of
children, not because they can't afford it.

Friendly and prompt van service transporting us to the river walk. It was nice not to have to hassle with parking near the river. -
Walking distance to Alamo dome, shuttle service to downtown, short drive to AT&T ctr. Friendly staff and free parking.

The young man at the front desk was wonderful, I believe his name tag said Eric Rodriguez. We had many questions about San Antonio and wanted to make sure we went to children friendly places. He was a wonderful help, and very, very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the microwave and refrigerator in the room worked out wonderfully for the little ones. We were there for two days, it was wonderful. I will definitely stay again when I return to San Antonio!

The river walk, old buildings the tower of America was beautiful in the
evening to look at the city the food wasn't all that great but they
had a great staff and great wine list. -

The suite was fantastic! Two flat screen TV's. The pool area was beautiful. Although right on a main street, you were surrounded by palm trees which gave us seclusion and buffeted the outside noise. My family and I loved the spacious rooms (the extra "living room" is excellent!), comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs with camcorder hookups (very important for dancers who are in town for a performance), cute pool and fabulous hot tub, great hot/cold breakfast, very friendly staff, and convenient location.

When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful young lady by the name of Autumn. She was so helpful and very sweet. The rooms were VERY clean and we LOVED the location of being only two blocks from the Riverwalk. Continental Breakfast had a very good variety. Our experience was nothing short of accomendating!! -

Nice decor. I liked that an old building had been converted into a hotel. Old charm mixed with contemporary decor. I liked the set up of the restroom and vanity. -
The staff was just incredible, from the front-desk reception to the valets. The room, which overlooked the Alamo, was very nice. We loved our time at the Indigo.

The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The roof top swimming pool and hot tub were outstanding. Was surprised! Lobby, front desk was awesome..then we got in our room and WOW! Very high ceilings which made you feel less cramped in room and love the bathroom! Big spacious not typical! I thought this would be a budget hotel from outside..we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very nice pool area very clean and maintained!! WILL STAY HERE FROM NOW ON!! very quiet also..never heard any hall noise or other guests! bonus!

There was this young lady I can't remember her name but it started
with a c, and boy was she the nicest person. We had never been greeted
so well like her. She has a very pretty attitude, very positive and she
really made our stay special. She was wearing an aqua color shirt on
that Friday that we went. Then she was there Saturday morning. Then I
didn't see her when we checked out. I wanted to thank her for her
beautiful personality.
