The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, something that's important after a long day of travel. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. Very good value property.
Efficiency of staff both at check in and check out.

Easy access to airport through hotel shuttle.
Good Breakfast.
Good size lving area and bedroom.
Comfortable beds, very nice staff, extra room for living space. Coffee
in room, microwave.
The room wall was thin enough to hear snoring from the next room.

Air Conditioner was hard to control temperature.
Would be helpful if on letsbookhotel.com registration it mentioned that there was a free shuttle service but you had to call hotel.
If you were using the hotel to visit Dallas and not just easy access to DFW airport you would need a car.
The phone system at the airport was unable to recognise the hotel when I was trying to call for the shuttle so I had to use my own phone.
Poor grab and go bag when we had to leave early. Skip the chew granola
bar and provide a muffin with a piece of fruit. Our fruit was rotten and
way past edible stage.
