It was comfortable, inexpensive, and very close to the Museum District, which is why I traveled to Houston.
The staff was great. They even took in shipments for my business while staying at the motel.
Best value for a location close to Downtown. Everything was clean and in
working order.
Location - near MD Anderson.
It is a budget hotel, and although not very close to downtown Houston location is good for being next to a highway. The bed is comfortable, the room cleanliness is good, is stable internet access, air conditioning and TV good quality. The location for shopping trips and pleasure is good, but the car is necessary. Staff were attentive. Medical Center, Museums, Zoo and Hermann Park are nearby and you can walk, but the heat is extremely high. Neighborhood has patches of ghetto. Didn't want to walk around.
No medical rate.
Closet for clothes too small, refrigerator not cooling well, no restaurants or any upcoming trade. Total dependence on vehicle.
Location wasn't ideal. Or, rather, it's OK, but make sure you have car.
Bad smell, bathtub didn't look clean and neither the carpet and bathroom floor.
an hour before I woke up someone decided to play their music for a good 40 minutes through their car so everyone can hear them...

We booked the last king room. When we arrived we were given a key to a
dirty room!!! No other king room was available so we were down graded to
a queen. The night clerk said we would need to speak to the Manager in
the morning. He only gave us a $20 credit.
