My mom booked us a room in Gatlinburg for my Birthday, we had a great time and the front desk guy was really hepful. It was a nice and comfortable place to stay and a great location in downtown, easy access to walk to all the local attractions (: The price was a great deal and it was clean and comfy ! Thanks alot, Kenzie. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price can't be beat. The room was actually very cool with tall ceilings. It felt like you were stepping back in time, but in a good, nostalgic way. The walk was a little tough in the heat, but definitely a walkable distance to downtown.

Everything! It is close enough to town that we could walk, the room was very clean and comfortable, it was right across the street from a restaurant, the staff was VERY nice! We will stay at Red Carpet again and will recommend it to friends!. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Older motel, but kept up well. It was right across the street from a pancake house and a trolley stop. You can also just walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Enjoyed the pool. Arrived very late (almost midnight) and was still met at the front desk by a very cheerful lady. Room was very clean and homey. Bed was comfortable and there was not a lot of outside noise. Slept very well. It was a pretty nice place to stay and the rates were reasonable. It was an older motel and could use a little updating, but for the most part it was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an excellent stay at a very clean and well kept facility. Beds are comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. This establishment is excellent value for money and is highly recommended. nice employers, clean room, pet friendly, free parking, good price, not that far away from the downtown, food market pretty close to hotel+also great breakfast across the street. The rooms were nice and clean smelled fresh.. Pancake house across the street... Convenient store below it, walking distance of the strip, free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast!. The staff was Super nice and it was a very relaxing place the outside looked a little ran down but the rooms had been updated also across the Street is a very good Pancake house. If you're expecting a nice, luxury hotel (without the occasional stained carpet spot or semi-wonky shower) than splurge for something more. But if you're on a budget, want to be close to town, and are looking for a safe, relatively quiet motel, this place is golden. I did not dislike anything I would stay there again. refrigerator didn't work and a couple outlets were not attached to wall. Showerhead was too low for a 6'1 guy, but I'm used to it. A/C was a little noisy but not big deal :). During our stay they paved the parking lot which was very noisy and they kept having us to move our vehicle,but the manager apologized for the inconvenience. Can't think of anything. The pool was not the best..it does need some update. No major complaints. I didnt' like the big space at the bottom of the door but it was not a big deal. Bathroom sink was located in room by the door. no clock in room but no big deal. was outdated,but clean and comfortable. The pool. I don't swim. So I like a pool that's not to deep. But my wife loved the pool. She liked how it was 8 feet deep on one end. It could also use a little tile work. We will stay there again. Everything was rather dated, and very small things - broken phone, no batteries in tv remote control meant repeated reception visits. nothing !. Rooms are quite old, but clean and smell fresh. Does NOT have continental breakfast. The bathroom door would not completely close. Only problem with the whole room though. old rooms. Room was fairly small. The room was too small even for 2 people. The bathroom was in need of some repairs also. I didn't like them going into the room while we were gone and making bed ,etc without us asking for it. the traffic because of the car show. Uncomfortable bed. Holes in the wall Electrical outlet falling out of walls Remote didnt work hard time getting tv to work did work after we figured it out ,workers didnt know anything about the area. Needs updated. needed a coffee pot. Shower didn't work. I felt it was a motel that people lived at. Smell of cleaner overbearing but didn't last long. Shower didn't work, had to take a bath but at least we got clean. Toilet leaked when flushed didn't want the people who worked at motel aka lived there coming in room so we didn't report it. Small rooms. Bathroom door couldn't close shut but its old building so that's okay. Had old TV. Too many people milling around and yelling profanities. Heating could have been better. Had to seal cracks by heater and under door. The rooms are very small. very small rooms and sink was not in bathroom, but in room where you slept. could have been closer to the main strip.
