  I loved the new carpet and soft, wonderful new beds. The atmosphere of the entire place was excellent. Loved the free water for outings, the snacks (though we didn't take any), and the uniquely real people who staffed the front desk. Each one was genuinely a kind, considerate person! Loved them! We stayed there 6 nights, and though that's a long time, we got 6 memorable, pl - The staff was awesome. The front desk gentleman was very welcoming and gave us great insight into the local dining locations. The lobby featured a eraser board that "ranked" the local eateries and that was very helpful. The young lady who checked us out was most gracious and accomadating and even loaded us up with extra granola bars for the day.   The Inn is placed just outside the centre of Estes Park which makes it easy to access and yet handy to go into the town if necessary. It has a great outlook onto the mountains and is of course convenient for access to The Rocky Mountain National Park.   This is a really great value. It's not fancy, but it is CLEAN and the surprisingly spacious. The continental breakfast has everything you might want and although I know the managers didn't do this on purpose, I thought it was so cool that when we came out for breakfast, there was a wild elk just hanging out on the grass area.   I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful the Silver Moon Inn was. Let me start with applauding the front desk staff! The courtesy we were given and the warm attitude we were welcomed with made them AWESOME! Our room on the second level was clean, fresh, and very comfortable.
