the village condo was good - we were able to eat meals home when we wanted - we had a good amount of room and we were very comfortable -
plenty of room for a family of 4. Bedrooms upstairs, kids had their own room and beds.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it. Everything is only a phone call away. -

Setting, room, the palace, people, amenities available. Haunted house and cast were very good. Food and the food service team were very good. Dinner did take a little long to be served though.

I was concerned that if I arrived very late (11:30 pm) that I would lose
my room. Didn't happen. Also, I left the hotel before 7am and there
was no one at the front desk to check out. I called the telephone number
listed on a sign outside the door and was instructed to leave m
