Lobby area was nicely decorated and inviting. JJ Astor's restaurant was great.

The front desk was understaffed. The one person who was working seemed stressed. That's true of both the person who was there at check in as well as the person there in the morning.

This was our 1st visit to your hotel. The staff @ the front desk was wonderful. The dining room was nice because you were able to get an all around great view.

The bathroom was not clean. Someone else's hair just does not do it for me. The beds & pillows, well let's just say I've slept on a lot more comfortable ones in my travels.

That when all of Duluth was full we were able toget a room at the radisson.

As a mother with 3 kids, 9, 12, 14, we were told we had to stay in the section of hotel across from lobby that had the 2 dbl beds. The place needs major updating. Carpet stains everywhere, dark hallways, bedding was of very poor quality, view was bad, yet we still paid $164. The kids didn't even want to swim in the pool. Poor quality + expensive = poor ratings.

Parking was horrible, room smelled along with the refrigerator, carpet and sheets were stained, mold on shower curtain, and rusty drain in shower as well. Price was very high for how poor the hotel was.

The front desk staff were wonderful - very helpful with directions and reservations. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby was updated and clean as was the revolving restaurant on the top floor.

The carpeting in the rooms and hallways was so filthy it was almost unbelievable. The walls were knicked and plaster falling on the floor. The toilet looked like it hadn't been brushed recently. The bedding was substandard.

The lobby was very beautiful. The location was perfect.

I noticed garbage in the hallways. The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty and needed updating. The carpet was stained and rippled - pretty gross. The parking lot was full of garbage and weeds.

Adequate accomodatiion but I have had better at far less cost in the States.

Minimum service at check in. Room was clean-ish, again minimum. Over three day stay - one days room clean was missed. Rust marks and mould in the bath. Fixings loose. Towel rail came away from the wall. General feel of shabby and uncared for.

The hotel did not show the 2nd room I reserved for the couple we were traveling with. They informed me it was bookings.coms mistake and to contact them. Bookings.com resent the original confirmation showing that I reserved two rooms and that two rooms were charged to my credit card. I am waiting to hear back from the Radison on this matter to make sure the additional room is not charged to my credit card.

bathtub had not been scrubbed, I could feel the scum. staff had little city info, e.g. public transport, schedules. no hints schematic of event site, no place for breakfast or snack

Horrible experience. Disgusting, out-dated hotel. Horrible service at check-in (had to wake up the manager on duty). Rooms were dirty. Husband was electrocuted when he touched the ac unit, not just a little shock, electrocuted bad. Never staying at this hotel again.
