  Splendid reception of the staff! Everybody are very nice and helpful, yet professional. They treat you as a real person not only like a moneymachine that is commonplace nowadays. They are genuinely nice! World class service! And the location is great, close to the airport, easy starting point of getting in and around Miami. Also the room A/C is very quiet so you can sleep without hearing the A/C cycle on and off all night - this seems to be a rarity these days
