  The Staff went out of their way to assist. I had a Bussiness issue that needed attention, and the front desk assisted with scanning, email etc without a problem! The facilities are in tip top condition, and after traveling For 8 weeks in the US, We rate this hotel of the best regarding value for money and comfort, in it's category. From that point of view, the visit to Cody was re - Loved everything about this motel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice, quiet location and wonderful ambiance. The motel was clean and tidy and everything worked well. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful, we needed to change our reservations at the last minute and they were very accomodating. The rooms were cozy, clean and well-kept. The location was located right on the way out of the east entrance of Yellowstone and not too far from downtown Cody. I found a crack on the top of my coolant reservoir. This motel also owns Big Bear Motor with repair facility. They helped me arrange for a courier to bring the new replacement part from the dealer at Billing, Montana. They replaced the part as soon as it arrived at a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay in Big Bear Motel again next time I bring my family to explore this part of the mountain range.
