We are a Family Of 4 and enjoyed the city location. We live in
Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel
frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a
vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the
Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd
Aquarium. But to the Science Museum we (adults) felt the kids-pressure
and took a taxi. A 15 min drive. Don't miss a Segway tour (13 and
above) and the Sky-walk-glas-

This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. I loved the staff, the cleanliness (to include the best smelling hotel I have EVER been in) and overall facility. The location is wonderful. The staff were all very nice and pleasant and seem to really like their jobs. The food was very good and well presented. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was on crutches and they looked out for me and my daughter!

We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was
spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked
the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The
location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice
long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with
the facility and would definitely stay there again.

Travelling with 5 young children and 3 adults can be daunting at times, but ALL the staff from the doormsn to the dining room, front desk to managers were absolutely incredible. Friendly and efficient, and made our kids feel like rock stars everytime they passed. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and there was plenty of seating every morning. T

Great downtown location with very friendly and helpful staff. Impressive lobby with convenient breakfast room location. Nice to have coffee available throughout the day. Breakfast quality was good and we so enjoyed the energy and attitude of Veronica, the breakfast attendant. Comfortable beds.

Was close to where we wanted to be and had a good view of the city.
Comfortable place to stay, bed and pillows where nice and soft.

I loved that it is an nice,affordable, hotel very close to the Magnificent Mile. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the kitchen in room: full fridge, stove, microwave, and dishes. The beds have very firm matresses.... which I like. We also had a nice view of the lake from our room. I really enjoyed staying there. It is in a nice clean area of Chicago.

Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice!
