  We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. Simply a great experience, Thanks Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park!!! - When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, too.

  Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms.   Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone. Plus the tapas restaurant on site was great! Overall Much better than the Hilton Chicago next door. Several colleagues of mine left that hotel and moved to this and were extremely happy.
