The location was perfect for Disneyland. We parked when we arrived and
didn't use the car again until we left for home. There are plenty
of food options close and the pool is great as well. The hotel was
clean and the service was great. One of the elevators was down one day
and they had it up and running by the next time we checked. I

The location walking distance from Disneyland and some excellent restaurants in Garden Walk was fantastic especially when combined with the relatively low cost of the room for the quality of the hotel! We loved all the facilities like the pool area, inexpensive breakfast buffet, gym, laundry, business centre were great. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgable.

Room was very clean and nice. Looked exactly like the pictures. Very helpful staff. Parking was good. Shampoo and soap was very nice. Shower was warm and cozy and the shower head spray felt great. -
They have the most hospitable receptionist I met in a looong time. The guy's name is David.

The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The room set-up was good for a big family which is hard to find at a reasonable price in the LA area. The breakfast was fine, the usual eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc. We did not happen to be there for Disney on this trip but it seemed like all the other families were. We did not have time

I really liked the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping department
does a very good job in keeping the rooms clean and straightening out
our stuff that we just laid around the place. The front desk (Eric &
the night time girl with glasses) was very helpful and friendly with
questions that we had. They were there to make us feel at home which
they did. Love this place. We will definitely be back.

We take our young granddaughter to Disneyland every year at Christmas.
We have stayed here several times now. They offer a Kids Suite. Very
reasonably priced. There is lots of play area for her. There are two
tvs. You can close sliding doors to separate the two areas. Its very

Great location for Disneyland and Convention Center. I stayed here for
BlizzCon 2013 and it was nice to be able to walk to the back of the
property and be right there to the convention center. Upon checking in
there was a fee for something that I was not aware of from the
letsbookhotel.com website. The manager however was kind enough to subside the
price. Which was much appreciated also kept us in the same room even
though for my last stay I had booked a smaller room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with very reasonable rates
considering the proximity to the Disneyland parks. The continental
breakfast, though quaint, was a very welcome amenity. Also, the discount
at the Carrows restaurant in the parking lot was quite pleasant. -

This is a great hotel for a family trip. Perfect price for what you get. We stayed in one of the suites and it was so much more comfortable to have the kids in a separate room. The continental breakfast was great as well, and had lots of options. Staff was quick to respond to any requests and always provided service with a smile. I will definately be staying here again!!!

The hotel was great as well as the staff, they were very friendly and efficient.
Breakfast was average not a whole lot of variety (but that was to be expected) :)
House keeping was awesome always made sure our room looked as clean as the first time we walked in.
Pool was well kept and clean.
If there was one thing that could make it a little nicer would be a shuttle to and from DL, but not a complete let down as you can catch ART around the corner.

John at the front desk was the most amazingly helpful and pleasant person that I dealt with during my two week stay in the USA!!! I would recommend the Hilton Anaheim to friends and family just because he was so great to deal with. My room was also lovely, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was bright, efficient, cheerful and welcoming.

We liked it that it wasn't far from Disney world. Close to a lot of takeaway stores. Outlets weren't to far. Staff were very freindly. Secured parking was good. Room service deserts are amazing. Need to try the burgers from the restaurant mmm. King suite with the Disney view is beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't wake up.

This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress).

Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never
hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to
us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for
parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big
and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

It was great value for the price - Clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A plus to have a restaurant and lounge in the building. The shuttle for the Disney Resort Area was so convenient with a stop right outside the lobby. Beautiful large pool with plenty of lounges, tables and umbrellas to accommodate everyone. -

When we checked in and got up to our room there was bunk beds and my
girls were so excited that was unexpected but very nice. My family was

We stay here a lot because its easy on the budget, large rooms that
are relatively clean and provides all the amenities we need like
coffee maket, fridge, microwave, blow dryer and ice machine. Breakfast
makes it easy. -
