Loved the hotel. Looked fantastic and smelled great. Love it! Will bring my family this summer. Loved the steak house food and staff. Also the little coffee shop staff was fantastic. Even housekeeping said hi every time I walked by. Love the staff!. The staff was awesome and very accommodating to all of my families needs. We were celebrating my daughters first birthday and they helped us get a bigger room for the celebration! Totally Awesome!.

For an older couple it was very nice. the lay out of the casino very inpress with it, the cleans carpet colors, food very goog the people very nice and frienly, over all I will come back,. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and all parts of holet were very clean and well kept. The event my family went to was easy and convenient to walk to and enjoyed it very much. Very nice hotel and very convenient if staying for the casino and racetrack. Staff was very freindly and helpful. Gave us a room near our activity. We came for the Echos FIve concert and this was right on location. Room was nice. View of racetrack was great. Staff was friendly. Rooms were very nice; excellent food at AJ's Steakhouse. Clean and close to casino entrance staff was friendly. New and great looking! Not far from downtown. Nice facility. Easy access to casino. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. I thought the casino machines were not good odds. Two days of gambeling tons of machine and only about 5 bonus rounds. Lost a ton of money with no playing time just inserting money. I thought the staff should explain whats available in the building. I had to ask about food and when I left I asked if there was a pool. Im not sure if the hotel has a spa. The pool was a little to cold for my 3 year old to swim in. I am not sure it was warm enough for anyone to swim in as his lips would turn blue about 2 minutes after getting in. The pool area was nice!. The only thing that we didn't like was the pillows. It seemed like they had the wrong pillow case on them. They were squished in the pillow case and it made the pillow so hard. nothing. n/a. The price of the room was high--needed a key for the elevator to get to your floor--wouldn't allow a child in the lounge area with parents present. 200 was slightly pricey compared to the hotels nearby. But convenience made it worth the difference. Room service only 2 nights per week. No shuttle service in the morning of July 8th due to ill driver. No one else on staff could drive the shuttle? Expensive to purchase movies. No specials for staying. I booked through a different site to save money however I ended up paying more. Thought it was a bit pricey. My husband and I went for a one night getaway away from the children, but were awakened at 8:30 in the morning to the fire alarm. It went off twice. We grabbed our things and left in a hurry, no showers, no coffee, no breakfast! Not a great end to our stay!. Can't use cash in the vending machine. storms. Knocked out tv. Nothing. nothing. Nothin. hotel is to long of walk from the casino. smoking room was the only one available, and it reeked.
