  The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I grew up in Greenwich 50 years ago and this was my first trip back to see old friends I had grown up with. The Hyatt Greenwich was outstanding in every way, which was the topper for a trip down memory lane!

  staff was friendly, accommodating as I needed assistance as far as the bathroom was concerned. We had a special young man with us who also has disabilities. These were all met with kindness. - Very close to Sunnyside, Lyndhurst, and other historic sites. Quiet and convenient. Excellent staff -- knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
