The decor of the hotel was astonishing! The pool and gym were large in
size. The food in the main restaurant was delicious. The staff was very
curious and helpful. -
The staff was very helpful. Had feather down pillows the first night and requested firmer pillows the next morning. They were immediately brought to the room.

I liked the hotel facilities and its location. The rooms were spacious and well tended during our stay.
We did have a problem with the hotel booking but whilst we were still there and after checking out the manager, Todd Kinney, went out if his way to ensure there was a satisfactory resolution to the issues. He has my gratitude. -

I loved everything about our stay. The staff was wonderful, especially
the front desk staff who all went out of their way to make us feel
welcome. They accommodated all of our requests in a courteous,
professional manner. They insisted that we did not take taxi and offered
the free bus shuttle to all of our shopping areas. The breakfast was
great

The free Shuttle Bus was great dropping us off and picking us up for both the International Plaza shopping and the Buccs v Dolphins game that night. A real bonus. All the staff were brilliant also with info and help.

Everything okay, checking was fast. Rooms clean each day, pillows and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Eggs, milk, cereal, bread, juice the works +24 hour coffee station. -
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant
stay. Each day we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning.

Rates were very reasonable and close to the airport and not very far from the port of Tampa. The restaurant/lounge attached had surprisingly good food and drinks. The staff was very nice and personable. They were informative about transport to their facility from the airport and to the docks.
When my cousin had a problem with the tub in our room, the staff let us into other rooms for her to investigate for a suitable replacement.

The staff at this hotel was excelllent. The accommodations couldn't have been better. We fly into Tampa several times a year and stay in St. Pete Beach. However, there are times when our room isn't ready and we need a place for a night or two.
We wil definitely retuurn to this place.

I absolutely loved the staff! They were so kind and informative of the hotel and all of the surrounding areas. The hotel room opened into a garden oasis overlooking the pool and the tall palms and trees were like being on a tropical island. The bus shuttles were so convenient and prompt making it so simple to go shopping and have worry-free safe

The staff were very helpful when our cruise ship was delayed. The hotel provided us with free shuttle service to a local mall and allowed us to store and access our luggage as needed during the wait. The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and another mall (with a theatre) which was a short 5 minute walk away so we could keep ourselves busy during the 7 hour delay.
